“Distribution License” When uploading the Material to the Community “Normative Documents” on the FSC Platform within Dspace, I (as Contributor or Licensor) grant the license in favor of FSC Global Development GmbH Adenauerallee 134, 53113 Bonn, Germany (hereinafter: “FSC GD”) and all of its affiliates, namely, the FSC Group , FSC Network Partners , and professional external consultants engaged on need to know basis (“Affiliates”). Whereas, I own or have sufficient rights to contribute all related intellectual property under the terms of this license as well as under the Terms and Conditions for Contributors for the use within FSC Platform. Now, therefore, the receipt and its legal sufficiency are hereby acknowledged, I, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows: 1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, I hereby grant to FSC GD: a) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, unlimited, sub-licensable, perpetual, transferable and irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, distribute and sublicense, internally and externally, the Material and such derivative works; and, b) the granted rights to the Material that specifically include commercial use, without any particular exclusions. 2. I guarantee that, I, as a Contributor, am legally entitled to grant the above license. I agree to notify FSC GD of any facts or circumstances of which Contributor becomes aware and which makes or would make Contributor's representations in this agreement inaccurate in any respect. 3. I, as a Contributor, shall not upload any content to FSC Platform which interferes or conflicts with any applicable law. To the extent allowable under applicable laws and copyright conventions, as a Contributor, in so far as possible, I also waive and/or agree not to assert any moral rights on the content against FSC GD or other Contributors. 4. I understood that the Contributor of the Material must attribute its use. For any use or redistribution of the Material, or works produced from it, the Contributor must make clear to others the license rights pertaining to the used Material and must keep any copyright and intellectual property notices on the original Material intact.
