is.evaluation.notesThe study assesses the case of (indigenous) people consultation/involvement by a concession logging company as input to identify recommendations towards FPIC. The case, a concession in Indonesia, shows many shortcomings in how indigenous people's rights and communities interests are safeguarded and this for a concession that has been FSC certified (CoC only?). It is a very critical case but may provide opportunities for learning.
