dcterms.abstract	This module is for voluntary use by organizations applying for or holding FSC certification to extend their certification scope in order to align with the Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 or “EUDR”. The FSC Regulatory Module empowers users to navigate the regulatory landscape effectively, supporting both legal compliance and sustainability best practices. The FSC Regulatory Module sets the framework and requirements to: introduce a due diligence system to support EUDR compliance, including information collection, risk assessment and risk mitigation, gather and transmit precise information on the origin of products, including geolocation and time of production, and ensure that only deforestation-free material enters the FSC chain of custody.	en
dcterms.abstract	Este módulo es para uso voluntario por parte de organizaciones que solicitan o tienen la certificación FSC para ampliar su alcance de certificación con el fin de alinearse con el Reglamento (UE) 2023/1115 o "EUDR". El Módulo Normativo FSC permite a los usuarios navegar por el panorama normativo de manera eficaz, apoyando tanto el cumplimiento legal como las mejores prácticas de sostenibilidad. El Módulo Normativo FSC establece el marco y los requisitos para: introducir un sistema de diligencia debida para apoyar el cumplimiento del EUDR, incluyendo la recopilación de información, la evaluación de riesgos y la mitigación de riesgos, recopilar y transmitir información precisa sobre el origen de los productos, incluyendo la geolocalización y el momento de la producción, y garantizar que sólo el material libre de deforestación entra en la cadena de custodia FSC.	es
