dcterms.abstract	The objective of this document is to specify the requirements for FSC-accredited certification bodies for developing Interim National Standard (INS) or Interim Regional Standard (IRS), depending on the geographic scope of the standard, for the certification of responsible forest management and the responsible management of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) at the Management Unit (MU) level. These standards shall be based on the International Generic Indicators (IGI) and shall address the regional, national or sub-national conditions in which they are to be used and shall consider input from local stakeholders. The FSC Board of Directors at FSC International, acting through the Policy Steering Group (PSG) shall approve Interim National Standards (INS) before they can be used for FSC certification purposes. In March 2020 the revised procedure was published to reflect the FSC Board of Directors’ decision during their 82nd meeting to delegate the approval of INS to the Policy Steering Group.	en
dcterms.abstract	El objetivo de este documento es determinar los requisitos para las entidades de certificación acreditadas por el FSC respecto al desarrollo del Estándar Nacional Provisional (ENP), o Estándar Regional Provisional (ERP), dependiendo del enfoque geográfico del estándar, para la certificación del manejo forestal responsable y el manejo responsable de productos forestales no maderables (PFNM) en el ámbito de la Unidad de Manejo (UM). Estos estándares deberán basarse en los Indicadores Genéricos Internacionales (IGI) y deberán abordar las condiciones regionales, nacionales o subnacionales en las que habrán de utilizarse y deberán tomar en cuenta los aportes hechos por actores sociales locales. El Consejo Directivo del FSC Internacional, a través del Comité de Dirección de Políticas (PSG, siglas en inglés), deberá aprobar los Estándares Nacionales Provisionales (ENP) antes de que puedan utilizarse para fines de certificación FSC. En marzo del 2020 el procedimiento se actualizó para reflejar la decisión del Consejo Directivo del FSC Internacional en su 82ª reunión de delegar la aprobación de los ENP al Comité de Dirección de Políticas."	es
