| dcterms.abstract | <p>The objective of this document is to specify the requirements for FSC-accredited certification bodies for developing Interim National Standard1 (INS) for the certification of responsible forest management and the responsible management of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) at the Management Unit (MU) level. These standards shall be based on the International Generic Indicators (IGI) and shall address the regional, national or sub-national conditions in which they are to be used and shall consider input from local stakeholders. The FSC Board of Directors at FSC International, acting through the Policy and Standards Committee (PSC) shall approve Interim National Standards (INS) before they can be used for FSC certification purposes.</p> | en |
| dcterms.abstract | <p>El objetivo de este documento es determinar los requisitos para las entidades de certificación acreditadas por el FSC respecto al desarrollo del Estándar Nacional Provisional1 (ENP) para la certificación del manejo forestal responsable y el manejo responsable de productos forestales no maderables (PFNM) en el ámbito de la Unidad de Manejo (UM). Estos estándares deberán basarse en los Indicadores Genéricos Internacionales (IGI) y deberán abordar las condiciones regionales, nacionales o subnacionales en las que habrán de utilizarse y deberán tomar en cuenta los aportes hechos por actores sociales locales. El Consejo Directivo del FSC Internacional, a través del Comité de Política y Estándares (CPE), deberá aprobar los Estándares Nacionales Provisionales (ENP) antes de que puedan utilizarse para fines de certificación FSC.</p> | es |
